Acrylic (48 x 32) Inches
Artists Comment:
Composition was the main emphasis for this painting. Nothing was left to chance.
After many hours of sketching a composition began to take shape. Then colors
and values were assigned. For my compositions, I like to create an area of activity,
then connect it to another area of activity by a shape that does not have much
activity to allow the eye to rest. I call this the X-Y compositional tool. Hopefully,
the eye moves from intersection to iintersection all around the painting surface.
